 Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Processing time

All orders, including custom items, take 7-14 business days to process before shipping.

Custom orders may take an additional 14-20 days depending on complexity.

Smaller orders may take 3-7 business days depending on the item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic orders (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days after processing. 

International orders: Estimated delivery within 14-21 business days after processing.

Small Iems: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days (domestic), within 7-14 days (international)  after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Royal Paws is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility:

We do not accept returns/exchanges unless both the following:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.

Custom, handmade or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

Return Process

1. Email info@royalpawsnyc.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense.

3. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Ensure all measurements and details are accurate before placing an order.

Processing time for custom orders is 14 business days before shipping.

If there is an error on our end, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Sizing Policy

We recommend using our detailed sizing guide before ordering.

Each product page provides specific measurements please measure your pet accordingly.

If unsure about sizing, contact us before purchasing to avoid issues.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email info@royalpawsnyc.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide photos of the issue for verification.

We will either send a replacement or offer a refund/store credit.

Payment & Security Policy

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Payments are processed securely, and Royal Paws does not store credit card information.
